Alex started his interest in Chinese Medicine in the early 1980’s through his martial arts teacher (under whom his still trains today) where he learned Namikoshi Shiatsu (the official Shiatsu of Japan) and continued his studies at the European Shiatsu School under Chris Jarmey.
