Rob is a Counsellor/Therapist, holding a postgraduate diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and Therapy. He is an accredited member of his professional body, the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and is also a member of the United Kingdom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
He has wide experience of working in the fields of long and short term counselling/therapy since 1999. Apart from his private practices in Malvern, he has also worked extensively as a counsellor/therapist with a major Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Provider, addiction groups and in G.P. surgeries.
His theoretical model is Psychosynthesis (often referred to as "a psychology with a soul"). This approach sees the person as more than the issues they present and places emphasis on the fact that each one of us has the wisdom within ourselves to find the answers to our questions.
His primary interests have always been music and creativity, having worked as a professional musician (guitar player). His current interests are the exploration of creativity and how to release that energy into everyday life, mindfulness, and meditation. He is married with two children.
